Introduction

DAY 1

Hello and welcome my name is Crystle and I am creating this blog to help myself get motivated to clean my home.  I work full time Monday to Friday with overtime and I have 3 kids ages are 15 year old girl, 10 year old boy, and a 5 year old girl.  When my 10 year old was born he suffered from a large list of health problems.  Due to his health problems and having to deal with that minute by minute my house became very badly cluttered and piled up and then by the time he started doing good with his health I found out I was having another child.

I am ashamed to say I never got to the clutter and piles and some of them still exist.  Over the next 365 days I am going to get my house back in order.  Like I said I work full time and Monday through Friday I am a single parent due to my husband works evenings/nights.  Typical day is I get up get dressed (some of the kids are up some are still sleeping), grab something quick to eat, get the kids up and off to school, leave for work (varies 8-10 hours).  Come home from work, cook dinner, eat, dishes, clean up from dinner, laundry, older 2 in shower, the 5 year old in bath.  By them I am ready for bed myself.  I do any cleaning that I can do without waking the kids (we live in a small house kids rooms are right off the living room and kitchen), time for my shower and by now it is midnight or later, bed time for me to do it all over again tomorrow.

My weekends are filled with helping out my disabled sister do her errands and grocery shop (she is not able to drive or get around on her own anymore), then we cookout every Sat. and Sun. as a family event (Husband, myself, kids, grandparents, great grandparent, aunt and uncle are there each weekend) all summer long.  Sunday my son goes to Sunday School at one of our local churches.  Laundry all weekend (family of 5 it is never done) and with cooking out kitchen never stays clean on weekends.  When I do have an extra 5 minutes here and there I am not motivated to do any cleaning so I am hoping that putting this blog up it will help my stay on track with getting my home up and running like is was when my 15 year old was little.

Well here goes, lets do this and get it done over the next 365 days feel free to join me and let me know what you got done that you have been putting off.  Come along with me and let both get our houses back the way they should be.
